In the last few years Tulum has exploded from a sleepy beach-town to one of the hottest destinations in the world. While many investors have been stunned by rapid capital gains in the region, news of future projects is driving a second wave of unprecedented growth. As the municipality prepares for the next-year's inauguration of the new International Airport, we have seen a huge shift in the residential market of Tulum with an increasing interest in quality construction and high-end amenities. This has left investors hungry for new offerings that accommodate a new class of tourism while still respecting the beauty and culture Tulum was built on.
