Greeting to our beautiful community! Big changes are underway onsite as we transition our construction supervision team to an in-house operation in order to ensure better quality control and stricter deadlines for our final phases of construction. Additionally, we have formed a team of specialists to attend to detail work and preventative maintenance within construction areas. We are working hand-in-hand with the Condominium Administration Team as they begin to operate common areas and amenities to ensure our community operates to the highest standards.
It has been an absolute pleasure to welcome Aflora's first resident artist, Dubai-based photographer Marta Lamovsek, as well as host our first musical interventions in Panza Dining & Bar. We are thrilled to announce an exciting line-up of events and cultural programming for the coming months!

Green Initiative
With the opening of Tulum's International Airport, municipal and federal efforts are underway to mitigate the increasing congestion of traffic within the town of Tulum. Local efforts are in progress to increase pedestrian mobility while a highway bypass is in the works to redirect heavy vehicles through an alternative route.
Community News
As Tulum continues to develop and grow, local investment efforts in education are in full swing. Nearly 100 million pesos has been invested in educational institutions in Tulum this year, with 30 million spent for the construction of a new education facility for 270 students.
The new Tulum Jaguar National Park has been set to open by April of this year. Located directly across the avenue from Aflora, the National Park will boast over 1000 hectares of protected area as well as museums, walking trails, cultural attractions, and viewpoints for observing nature.
