Our story is told through the works of our many creative collaborators and partners. From our brand identity, crafted by Studio Koh and Savvy, to our uniquely endemic architecture & styling from the firms of B-Huber, Tacher Arquitectos and Rocarols Studio.
Spanning three hectares of verdant jungle, the project boasts 211 exquisite luxury residences. Set amidst the lush greenery, these homes seamlessly integrate with nature, providing an idyllic retreat for residents.

Aflora has grown from the dream and creative vision of Mexican artist Maxine Nienow and Californian hospitality-industry veteran Ian Russell whose beliefs in sharing magic, wonder, and exploration through artful experiences brought them to the Caribbean jungles of Tulum. Partnered with iconic development firms LUXMA and INVERSIONES SHANGRI LA, AFLORA embodies the magic and wonder of the dynamic spirit of Tulum.
