    Acknowledgments:

    • Pool Pass guests must check in with the cashier and will be provided a wristband.

    • All Pool Pass guests must fill out and sign a liability waiver form, along with this document in acknowledgement of adhering to Aflora and Panza's regulations.

    • All wristbands must be returned to your waiter upon closing your check.

    • A $500Mx penalty will be charged for the loss of each wristband, additional to the minimum consumption.

    Regulations:

    To ensure a harmonious Guest experience and maintain the exclusive atmosphere in Aflora, the following regulations apply to all Pool Pass holders:

    Pool Access: Pool Pass holders are granted access only to the community pool area, coworking space and restaurant. Access to private pools, residences, and restricted areas is not permitted.

    Wellness Tower: The use of the Wellness Tower, including the gym and studio, is exclusive to owners and registered Guests. Pool Pass holders do not have access to these facilities unless they buy access to a class or an event.

    Event Participation: Pool Pass holders are welcome to participate in public events organized by Aflora and Panza. However, private events or activities exclusive to owners and registered Guests are not accessible to Pool Pass holders, unless they purchase tickets to these events.

    Noise Levels: Pool Pass holders are kindly requested to adhere to noise regulations and respect the tranquility of the community. No amplified music is allowed.

    All Guests must wear appropriate pool attire at all times.

    Babies must wear diapers at all times.

    Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
