This month in Aflora we continue to make significant progress on our residences despite heavy seasonal rainfall as we deliver finished units to our investors. We are excited to present our fast-growing community of onsite residents and guests with an official Condominium Administration team which will be taking over the operation and upkeep of common areas in the weeks to come. With this, we will also be providing our investors with an exciting Vacation Rental Administration program that allows for convenient and transparent services while providing unmatched benefits and results. Green Initiative
With much anticipation Tulum has inaugurated its state-of-the-art water desalination plant located in Aldea Zama. This facility will help provide clean water to the municipality and facilitate future commercial and residential growth, the pace of which continues to accelerate year-over-year.
Community News
Two major Mexican airlines have announced ticket sales for Tulum's soon-to-be completed international airport. With Viva Aerobús announcing five flights leaving from Tulum and Aeroméxico promoting two flights daily starting December 1st of this year.
As municipal roadworks expand throughout town, new road repairs have been extended to Punta Allen, promising the improvement of the once-impassible 40km access road that runs through the Sian Kaan biosphere preserve. This will improve access to the small fishing village as well as the many access points to the beaches and reserve.
