Happy Holidays to our Aflora Tribe! As we near the end of an eventful year we express deep gratitude to our dedicated community and to the incredible efforts of the builders and creators that have transformed the dream of Aflora into a spectacular reality. As we push to make-up for delays our subcontractors are now operating on extended schedules, with work continuing into nights, weekends and holidays.
Our onsite supervision is present 7-days a week to ensure progress is made.

Green Initiative
We are thrilled to see the results of our conservation efforts as we integrate transplanted trees and native species into their final locations, rehabilitating areas previously cleared for construction. Our in-house team of native plant specialists take extra care to integrate symbiotic species suitable environments, using composted material sourced on-site to ensure successful long-term growth.
Community News
Big plans are underway in Tulum for the year 2023. Municipal officials announced sweeping measures to improve the excess and visitor experience at Tulum’s public beach and National Park area. With the relocation of over 170 irregular tourist-servers ranging from coconut vendors to snorkel tours, the municipality plans to add 3 additional beach access points in this year alone.
These access points will be complemented by public bathroom facilities and showers as well as stricter regulations on construction and development in the region. These efforts in combination with new noise ordinances and stricter enforcement of environmental regulations are already starting to have a positive impact on Tulum’s growth and long term sustainability.
