Work in progress - January 2023
Happy New Year to our beautiful community! As we approach the end of January we are excited to share important announcements regarding the future of Aflora Tulum. If you have not yet joined our community, this could be the perfect time as we will be raising prices on all unsold units on February 15th, 2023. This price increase will be accompanied by stricter discount policies and payment terms, so act fast in order to take advantage of today’s unique opportunities.
With Phase 1 areas nearing completion we look forward to receiving our first inhabitants. Work continues with a focus on common areas and infrastructure necessary for our first round of unit deliveries. We are thankful to work hand-in-hand with RUMBA HOSPITALITY to optimize operations logistics in amenities and common areas. Our in-house team of botanical specialists continue their work rehabbing construction areas with native vegetation to take root and flourish well-before our residents occupy their new homes.
This month we are also thrilled to unveil our first fully functioning show room where prospective buyers and future community members can enjoy a preview of Aflora’s bespoke interior design. With this working-model located in our Loft Village, our interior design team is able to test materials and functionality of all design elements before their final installations.

This month Mexican President AMLO announced the addition of cable-stayed bridges in Section 5 of the Maya Train project in order to better protect and preserve delicate ecosystems and archeological sites in areas affected by the train’s construction. These areas, which include four registered archeological heritage sites found between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, will be rehabilitated with public access and elevated walking paths.
