Work in progress - June 2024
Life in Aflora
Summer has arrived in Tulum along with an unseasonably early rains. With more than 10-consecutive days of heavy rain, we have been working around the clock to prepare the installations of Aflora against future tropical storms.
These meteorological events have incurred delays in certain areas, however we are finalizing installations on our onsite power plant and back-up systems that will assist us in providing energy to key areas in the event of blackouts and power cuts.

Green Initiative
Tulum received historic figures of rainfall for this month, setting records not previously seen in the past 72 years in the region.
We are pleased to report that our investment in permeable materials has been a tremendous success, resulting in no standing water or flooding in our common areas. By respecting the porosity of the region's geography, our common areas allow for the rain to replenish the natural aquifers.
