This month we are excited to unveil our continued progress within our community. As new residents receive their bespoke homes, we finalize details on surrounding amenities and green areas, ensuring that every element harmonizes with our intentional designs. Using dynamic creative processes we supervise daily advances, optimizing lighting, pathways, vegetations, and decor to create stunning results. As we enter the rainy season we make sure to take advantage of the local climate to test irrigation and site levels as well as waterproofing in all construction areas.

Green Initiative
This month we begin work on our onsite recycling and compost programs with the help of Tulum Sostenible. Using their years of local expertise, we carefully implement strategies to organize residual waste and educate guests and residences on best-practices.
We are eager to witness the opening of Tulum's new water desalination plants which will increase our municipal water supply by 25% according to CAPA. The plant, which uses osmosis technology to extract fresh water from abundant seawater, is expected to produce up to 50 liters per second.
Community News
This month President Andrés Manuel López Obrador announced that the Tulum International Airport will be operational as soon as December of this year. This comes shortly after an announcement that construction progress on the airport is now past 40%.
We also celebrate Tulum's 15 year anniversary this month, as we reflect back on the rapid growth and progress that has occurred in that time. The celebration was culminated with a special performance by Mexico's renowned group Los Angeles Azules in a well attended municipal event in held in Tulum's Deportivo.
