April marks another successful month in our growing community, as we see increasing attendance in our yoga, dance, and fitness classes as well as sold-out theater shows and live music events in PANZA.

Community News
Tulum's international connectivity continues to expand with newly announced direct flights to the United States and surrounding Latin American destinations. With new direct flights this from the southern US, Mexico City, and Panama City, we are quickly witness a huge increase in global tourism to our local region.
For Tulum residents this means a significant rise in international business but also greater accessibility to the countless destinations, making our quickly growing town the perfect home for the new class of digital nomads and experiential lifestyle seekers.
Green Initiative
As we prepare for the seasonal influx of sargassum a variety of seaweed, the Secretary of the Navy reports that 8,600 meters of anti-sargassum barriers are being placed off Quintana Roo beaches.
For the 2024 sargassum season, the state of Quintana Roo will have four beach sweepers, 22 small vessels, 11 collectors, an ocean vessel and eight amphibious bands to compact the sargassum.
