Happy Holidays to our Aflora Tribe! As we near the end of an eventful year we express deep gratitude to our dedicated community.

As development expands to the far corners of Tulum, there has also been a sharp increase in the demand for ecologically-minded projects that preserve the unique ecosystem this region is known for.

Every detail was chosen at Aflora to create a habitat that nourishes and replenishes the soul.

The final units of Phase 1 are moving quickly with end-of-the-year discounts in effect. Aflora investors are now able to receive up to 4% additional discounts on the purchase of additional units.

With over 300 workers onsite daily we see the magic unfold when many hands work together toward a common goal. From our in-house engineers and supervisors to subcontractors from across the country, we are tremendously proud to be part of this great endeavor that will soon fulfill its purpose of a unique community in Tulum built around art & nature.

In spite of rain and storm conditions our teams continue to advance this month on all areas of construction.

Happy end of summer to the Aflora tribe! As we march towards our new launch date of February 2023 we take special care to utilize this time to refine each space of Aflora.

As we enter the hottest time of the year, referred to regionally as the Canícula, we take extra care to provide complementary hydration stations close to all worksites.

We are currently underway finalizing our delivery calendar and prepping our post-sales team to receive investors and guide their closing process.

The month of March brings many significant milestones to Aflora’s construction progress. Earlier this month we cast the walls and structure for our colossal communal pool and began testing the state-of-the-art fiber optic lighting system that will enchant residents with an ethereal ambience after sundown.
